This hotel is in an excellent location by shopping and restaurants. And grand bazaar is a 10 minute walk. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.. my favorite part is that the hotel had a pool and sauna for guest to use for free. The rooms are very small but you don’t really spend much time in them. Only downside is the hairdryer would work for two minutes and then turn off. Otherwise, it is very clean and the breakfast has a lot of options. I would definitely come back here again.. unfortunately, the days that I am looking forward to come back. It says the hotel is sold out.

Hotel is 15-20 minutes walk from the blue mosque. A Nice hotel with great amenities, very nice decor in all areas. All staff welcoming and friendly. All the housekeepers were lovely and cheery. Underground pool made for a lovely swim. Restaurant nice food and helpful staff. Would defo consider coming back to this hotel if we returned.

Very nice indoor swimming pool. Staff: reception staff very good and helpful. Pool staff not very kind. Location is very good and near several nice historical mosques and buildings, and also close to the public transportations.

Booked by our Aussie tour company who have used the hotel for many years. Close to tram stop which is the quickest and cheapest way to get around if u are a traveller. Service from reception, housekeeping and restaurant was happy and memorable. Good variety of breakfast foods, featuring typical Turkish cuisine. Rooms are small though, so if u want space pay for the upgrade. Be prepared for smoke smell as no non-smoking floors

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during my quick holiday in Istanbul. Here is my first impression: What I liked: - good location. close to the city center and close to the public transport - good breakfast - the hotel has a pool and a sauna in the basement - the hotel is very clean and the service is good. What I didn't like: - the Wifi network is a complete disaster. If you stay at this hotel, you can simply forget about internet. The speen was so horrendously slow that I gave up and went to nearby restaurants to use the wifi - the bed wasn't confortable. The mattress is bouncing too much. - the pool has so much chlorine that you can't swim for more than 1-2 min.
